Burger Boys Breakdown
Yogi Ferrell's shot wasn't falling, but he was the quickest player on the floor and tied for the most assists in the game with 8. His final stat line was: 3 points, 1-8 FGs, 0-1 from three, 1-3 FTs, 1 rebound, 8 assists, 1 block, 1 steal in 22 minutes

Purdue Coach Matt Painter Scores a Raise
Purdue just gave Matt Painter a $1 million raise to his yearly salary, which ranks him just ahead of Tom Crean nationally (11th and 12th) and in the B1G (3rd and 4th). In the B1G, Tom Izzo ($3,633,657) and Thad Matta ($3,598,700) are the higher paid coaches than Painter ($2,325,000), and Crean ($2,240,000). The full article can be found here: IndyStar Article

B1G Tournament Starts Thursday
Indianapolis, this year's host of the Super Bowl, is ready for another huge sporting event. The B1G Tournament is ready to tip-off at Banker's Life Fieldhouse on Thursday. With the regular season complete, the bracket is set.

Went to Broad Ripple last night to catch Yogi Ferrell and Park Tudor take on Heritage Christian. I'll just say this in regards to Yogi: He is going to be an immediate game changer for the Hoosiers next season. Heritage Christian tried their best to slow down the game and even held the ball at half court for almost 5 minutes to end the first half. Park Tudor, led by Yogi, won the game 47-37.
The second match-up at Broad Ripple was IU commit Ron Patterson and Broad Ripple vs. Herron. This game was over from the beginning, and I left before halftime when the score was 40-16 Broad Ripple. Herron had absolutely no answer for the athleticism and size of Broad Ripple. Broad Ripple won 83-28.
Park Tudor and Broad Ripple square off @ Broad Ripple for the Sectional Championship at 7:30 tonight. Should be a good one.
